My Philosophy
My goals and philosophy of
child care:
·
I believe every child is an
individual with his/her own rate of development and learning.
I will love, accept, nurture, and teach each child with this
belief in mind.
·
I will encourage and build
each child’s imagination and creativity.
·
I will instill a greater
sense of self-worth and encourage self-confidence.
·
I will strive to have each
child gain and keep a positive self image.
·
Children will be given
constant positive reinforcement, they will always be encouraged to
try, try again, and try their best.
·
Discipline will be centered
on making “Good Choices.”
·
Parents are welcome to visit
anytime throughout the day.
Developing your child is a team effort and I encourage parent
involvement, participation, and communication and I enjoy getting to
know all of the parents.
·
My main goal in caring for your child is to see your child grow
physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally to the best of
his/her ability. I will
do this by giving lot of hugs, smiles, and praises in a loving
family environment as if each child were my own.
In brief, what I expect of
you, the parents:
·
Pick up your child promptly
so my family’s needs may also be met.
